Dr. Miklos Biro, a professor of psychology at the University of Novi Sad, achieved public recognition through his committed articles in the Belgrade daily "Borba,'' the Novi Sad weekly "Nezavisni'' and the Belgrade weekly "Kosava,'' in which he consistently supported anti war stands. His book, "The Psychology of Postcommunism,'' has recently been published by the Belgrade Circle. The reason for this interview was to discuss the interesting polemic in the journal ``Psychological Gazette'' between Biro and Petar Kostic, a psychology professor at the Yugoslav Army University.
