Two women, one from Dubrovnik in Croatia the other from Belgrade, decided to exchange apartments in 1991. Before they could complete the paperwork, the war broke out and Anica Glusac from Belgrade changed her mind about living in Croatia, while Milunka Galogaza, a Serb, was expelled from Dubrovnik. The whole issue provoked a storm of protests from human rights activists because a Belgrade court ordered the forcible expelling of 62 year old Mrs Glusac who now has nowwhere to go
