The Bosnia war entered a new stage on May 26, when Karadzic and Mladic thought NATO would not stick to the February 1994 ultimatum and NATO thought the Bosnian Serbs would do the same thing they did on two or three occassions when they took hostages and released them later. Do Karadzic, Mladic and the Pale team believe their own propaganda so much that they'll wage war against the rest of the world? Can someone go unpunished after humiliating the soldiers and men of some 10 armies in the service of the UN and for how long
