In the early afternoon on May 15, when he finished his second address to parliament in defence of his position as governor, Dragoslav Avramovic did not allow the bitterness of inevitable defeat to take over.

He dropped in again suddenly on Wednesday, May 15. Podgorica was flooded with uniformed and plain clothes police and every crossroads was under heavy guard.
