Last Friday, Slobodan Milosevic gave a phone call to his fellow members of SPS (the Socialist Party of Serbia) Executive Committee from Scheveningen, The Hague. It was Zivadin Jovanovic's mobile phone that rang in the middle of an EC session, which he immediately connected to the already prepared speakers. Then followed a few times: 'hello comrades!'. This time, perhaps no to waste the time, there was no a five-minute-long ovation, typical in these situations.
