One Act Play for Two Players (Banjaluka, Bogdanovic, Nikolic)

Shall I Go On?

Radmilo Bogdanovic (SPS): Gentlemen, members of the Radical Party, I did not expect to be accused falsely by the leader of your group of deputies. I thought that the last untrue accusation, to which I replied politely, came from your chief, the well known imputation over Banjaluka. It is true that Mr. Nikolic knows that I follow all discussions closely. It is a fact that he himself commented, but there were no cuss words in my vocabulary, and I did tell some ministers, and my friend the vice-president: ``The grave digger has got you!'' That's all I said.

Tomislav Nikolic: Mr. Bogdanovic, your involvement in the events in Banjaluka is not a lie, but a certainty, and I am a witness that you admitted as much during a telephone conversation with the president of my party, which I listened to on the intercom...

Shall I say it?

Do you remember the course of the conversation? That you said: ``Will that man come to talk to you, president?'' Shall I talk? Go on?..

(It's impossible to tell if Bogdanovic is saying something, or just watching in silence.)

Tomislav Nikolic: ... And then when Vojislav Seselj said: ``Radmilo, you really got involved in Banjaluka.'' You said: ``Vojo, either you or me...''

Since I know that Voja didn't, the process of deduction leaves you... I have witnesses that you swear...
