The flood of communiques on the Belgrade-Knin line show that the future of FR Yugoslavia will be resolved along the lines of international interpretations of justice with everything depending on the Yugoslav authorities' readiness to accept the internationally recognized borders of Bosnia and Croatia. No one knows what's going to happen to the Serbs living in those territories but the Pale-Knin-Belgrade triangle will seek solutions to make the chosen solution palatable and hand pick the men to tell the people what they fought for. Reports from Podgorica say that the Niksic Security Center which controls four border crossings into Bosnia recorded a much higher number of people crossing into Montenegro from the Bosnian Serb Republic, saying they were going on vacation. Podgorica-based Montenena-Fax news agency said the flood of tourists from Karadzic's republic was caused by fears of new military drafting
