Excesses in Pec and Vranje

by Vojislav Seselj

This is clear: if our data and that of the Elections Committee of the Republic comes together on Vuk Draskovic, then it should also come together on Milan Milutinovic and Vojislav Seselj. As that is not the case, it is absolutely clear that we have been ripped off. Simply put, if you put your left hand into your left pocket and find a hundred dinars there, then you also must find the same amount when you put your right hand in your left pocket. Thus, our data is one hundred percent correct, and we have been ripped off with one hundred percent certainty.

The most characteristic election districts are 29 (Pec) and 26 (Vranje). The greatest excesses occurred there in both rounds of both elections. I will demonstrate to you precisely through math and statistics how the Socialists were caught red handed.

In Pec we processed 338 polling stations, which is 80.48% of the total number of voters there, and every statistician will tell you that such a large sample can be considered one hundred percent reliable. I don’t know how well-known it is that SPS is not giving out any information on how many voters there are for each polling station, simply because they are manipulating those figures, that is to say, they are widening and narrowing voters’ lists at will. That is why on December 7 and 21, we introduced the practice of our controllers noting the absolute number of registered voters. We ascertained a total number of voters of 317,459, and, on the basis of this data, only 14.03 percent of voters turned out to vote. And now I will show you how our data and that of the Election Committee of the Republic absolutely do not differ when it comes to Draskovic, while they differ when it comes to Milan Milutinovic and Vojislav Seselj. The difference between our and their data for Vuk Draskovic differs by 0.45 percent; Vojislav Seselj according to their figures got 5.35 percent less votes than according to ours, while Milan Milutinovic according to their information got 7.19 percent more than according to ours. In total that is a 12.5 percent difference in the number of votes with respect to the total number of voters who, according to them, voted, a number which is again far higher than our data indicates and than is true. In Djakovica (election district Pec) they created pandemonium. Our data differs from theirs on Draskovic by 0.03 percent, while according to their information Seselj got 14.60 percent less, and Milutinovic 18.71 percent more than our data indicates. In Klina (Pec), we were ripped off by nearly 13 percent, while our data differs on Draskovic by a single vote. In Pec itself we were defrauded by around 10 percent of the votes.

The same thing is the case in election district 26 (Vranje), where we processed 86.52 of the total number of votes.

In Vitina, for instance, we have something never before seen. Djura Lazic, Minister without a portfolio and greatest thief in that area, was reeking havoc there. In Vitina alone, 32 percent of the votes were rigged, while data on Vuk Draskovic again comes together."

Election Crime

"Look at places in the Community of Pec where Albanians are coming out in numbers to vote for Milan Milutinovic. The difference between the number of Serbs and the number of voters represents the number of rigged votes. Let us say, in Elementary School Popovic there are 1,855 registered voters, of which 50 are Serbs; 676 Albanians vote for Milan Milutinovic. The College of Economics: out of 1,130 voters, 120 are Serbs, while 924 vote for Milutinovic. There are even better polling stations. In the same way in Elementary School March 8, but probably on the second floor: 2,172 voters, 50 Serbs, of which only 35 voted, while the total number of votes is 1,900, of which 1,865 vote for Milan Milutinovic. This is not a difference of 10 percent, or even 100 percent. These are differences of 1,000 percent. Or take the following example: Elementary School Ozrin; five Serbs, while 1,061 voters vote for Milan Milutinovic. Then, Radavac Community Office: again five Serbs vote, while 1,855 Albanians vote for Milutinovic. Of what about this? Polling station 86, Trstenik, does not have any Serb voters, just like polling station 89, Drvlje Community Center, but still 1,557 voted, that is to say 1,128 voters.

And finally, perhaps the Community of Glogovac offers the most incredible example, the champion among champions where there are only 20 Serbs, of which only ten voted. According to the Election Committee of the Republic, the total number of cast votes there is 4,268! Even in that polling station they were aware of the fact that it would be too much if they were only to rig Milan Milutinovic’s votes, so they gave some votes to Vojislav Seselj, but as God made them to be as silly as they are, the difference is catastrophic for Seselj.

Also look at Novi Pazar. Milan Milutinovic does not only enjoy a very strong reputation among Albanians, but obviously among Muslims as well. There are 9,289 Serbs there, while 17,521 voted. In Sjenica, 4,574 Serbs voted, while 7,862 voters came out, all adamant supporters of Milan Milutinovic. Take note of Tutin: 763 Serbs and 5,102 Muslims who all voted for Milan Milutinovic. And these are only the most extreme examples. In Novi Pazar and Tutin, on December 21, 101 percent voted by comparison with December 7, in Leskovac 102, in Vranje 113, in Kosovska Mitrovica 141, in Pristina 143, and in Pec only a modest 108 percent increase in number of voters by comparison with the first round. And there was also stealing in the first round, while it is known that everywhere in the world there is a smaller voter turnout in the second round of an election. As far as SPS is concerned, with them it’s just like Las Vegas where the sky’s the limit. I would not be surprised if the entire 7,200,000 voters were to come to vote, and if Milan Milutinovic, once the voting is finished, were to get 9,800,000 votes.

After this, all further discussion is pointless. If the survival of this people is in the interest of SPS and its representatives, then they must do everything to investigate this matter, even though, of course, we do not expect this to happen, for how is a criminal supposed to investigate his crimes. But that is why we are expecting something else, and that is that this will be a precedent which will once and for all make it impossible for SPS to be a relevant factor. Anyone who stays in SPS and sanctions such excessive rigging will be taking on the historical responsibility of the biggest thief and criminal. Please, their candidate, who announced in his pre-election campaign a fight against crime, has begun by becoming president in the greatest election crime which has thus far been recorded in these territories".

Vojislav Seselj: Balance of Power

"We will call upon every legal and political means at our disposal to cancel these elections. Every argument is in our favor, we can substantiate every claim. The Election Committee of the Republic has already refused our every complaint without any comment, which means that all members of the Committee have once again compromised themselves by sanctioning election rigging and fraud. The President of the Committee even attacked our member, Gordana Pop-Lazic, because our MP’s went to monitor voting in Kosovo and Metohija. We will take our complaint to the Supreme Court of Serbia, and to the federal institutions of justice if we don’t manage to do anything within the Serbian institutions. And we will use all political means. We will insist in the Serbian Parliament on forming an investigative committee. But because we are realistic politicians who know the existing balance of power, we know the relationship that exists between the Socialists and the Serbian Renewal Movement. However, we are ascribing too much importance to public opinion, to the conscience of our citizens and the strength of our arguments. We will question the election of Milan Milutinovic, that is to say we will question his right to office", stated the President of the Serbian Radical Party,
