Prime Minister

The advance payment to Milo Djukanovic, Montenegrin Prime Minister, for a business trip to the Tartar Republic, amounted to 6000 US dollars. The payment order carries the Government seal, the date of the payment, but the (required) signature of the authorized organ are missing. The Prime Minister's per diem is unknown, it's certain though that he didn't spend it either transport, accommodation or food in Tartar Stan. His host covered the cost of that. It is also known that it was not the only payment order on behalf of Mr. Djukanovic and some of the ministers from his government. The Prime Minister has already traveled several times taking with him some 3,000 to 5,000 dollars. Mr. Zekovic, the former Montenegrin minister of Trade and Tourism, also had excessive expenses. His trip to Cyprus cost Montenegro some 20,000 Deutsch Marks, and his visit to France and Belgium 6000 US dollars. All this could have been kept a secret had the paying orders not abounded in blunders which classified them among violations of foreign exchange regulations, which the conscientious controllers do not intend to overlook. However, it is highly unlikely that the Prime Minister or any of his assistants will ever suffer sanctions. The financial police remains tight-lipped.
