Ministers of Defense in the Era of Slobodan Milosevic:

Lieutenant General Blagoje Adzic, Deputy Federal Secretary for National Defense from the time of Kadijevic's departure from that position to the time the position was discontinued in 1992.  Prior to this, Chief of the Supreme Headquarters of the Yugoslav People's Army.  While he was Minister of Defense, the war in Bosnia began.

Milan Panic, first President of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, sworn in on July 1992.  Was deposed on December 29, 1993.  At the same time, up to March of 1993 he was Deputy Minister of Defense.  In his time the Yugoslav Army was reconstituted from the remains of the Yugoslav People's Army.

Pavle Bulatovic, born in 1948 in Gornji Rovci near Kolasin.  Since March 3, 1993, he has been FRY Minister of Defense.  Again elected to that position on March 20, 1997.  Assassinated on February 7, 2000.  From 1989 to July of 1992 he was Chief of Police for the Republic of Montenegro.  From July 14, 1992 he assumed the position of Federal Minister of Internal Affairs.  While Minister of Defense, NATO bombed FR Yugoslavia.
