Is the extent of disagreement with the policies of Slobodan Milosevic becoming a hurdle in defending the interests of Serbia?

The experienced and energetic American Ambassador to the UN, and producer of the Dayton Agreement went on yet another scouting mission in the Balkans. He went to Skoplje, Dedinje, Pristina, Decani, and Junik; therefore, he visited all the actors of the Kosovo drama. At the same time, Ibrahim Rugova was clearly told how far the limits of the political ambitions of Kosovo's Albanians extend. The only thing remaining is for the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) to be told that they should sit down to the negotiating table.

The disintegration of the Second Yugoslavia and the rise to power of nationalist-political leaders was closely preceded by the cartographers of "historical territories" of Balkan peoples.

Holbrooke, Afanasijevski, the KLA, the SOS, diplomatic activity, fresh NATO threats and the Russian package as time is ticking away for the Kosovo crisis.

Around 10,000 recruits are in Kosovo for the moment; and even though a large number of their parents don’t know where their children are, it looks as though the majority doesn’t believe in the efficiency of organized protest rallies.

The Serbian regime has made it a habit of turning a blind eye on the activities of its businessmen. They are free to do what they want until a replacement arrives.
