Since the nineties, visas became mandatory even for diplomatic passports. Both privileged and “ordinary” citizens of Yugoslavia can go to twenty countries in the world without having to take out visas. Therefore, diplomatic passports do not give Marko Milosevic much room for maneuver, which makes it all the more surprising that he wanted to have more than one.
