The most responsible people in Montenegro are not ruling out the possibility that the President of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Slobodan Milosevic, will cause an armed conflict in that republic with the intention of preventing the strengthening of Milo Djukanovic’s power before the May 31 election. In the event of this happening, Montenegro has decided to defend itself and this would, of course, also mean a definite, bloody end to this Yugoslavia.
