The dispute within DOS must end with a productive compromise, and political trade doesn't help much there. The ruling coalition, whether it wishes to or not, has to be stronger than itself and start a battle with state enemy Number One, because real sharks are yet to come

Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic and all others who are purportedly interested in reforms and modernization in this country must realize that their purported objectives cannot be achieved without the support, and especially not against the will of those people in Serbia who are represented by Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica and his Democratic Party of Serbia

It is unlikely that Djukanovic will give up the idea of referendum despite all external pressures. It is however certain that he will be maximally forthcoming towards the Yugoslav coalition in order to enable the most fitting environment for the referendum
