``A few years ago sailors couldn't even imagine that ports could become dungeons, even less that they would yearn to leave the docks and set sail. But, this is exactly what the sailors of the Montenegrin merchant fleet (comprising some forty ships of the "Jugooceanija'' Company from Kotor, Montenegro, and the "Prekookeanske plovidbe'' Company from Bar, Montenegro) are doing nowadays in ports all around the world.
